With the recent craze around South Korea beating Germany in the World Cup 2018, I thought why not ride on the buzz.
Well, I don’t know much about football, but I can share something about my first trip to South Korea.
I flew in Seoul, the capital of South Korea, land to beautiful enhanced people. Expecting that language barrier is going to be a major obstacle, I decided to join a ground tour. It was my first time joining a tour (I enjoy planning my own holiday). And, I have to say it was quite pleasant. Joining the tour has taken me to many destinations I probably wouldn’t reach if I were to travel alone, due to logistical constraints. I highly recommend Apple Tour, for their professional services.

Seoul

Nami island
This island is where the infamous Korean drama “Winter Sonata” was shot.

Mount Seoraksan National Park
Don’t you just love the colours of autumn foliage!

Jeju island
Cheonjiyeon waterfall
And of course, the food
Before this trip, I never had a taste bud for Korean cuisine. But, after eating Korean 3 meals a day, for a week. I have grown to love Korean cuisine, and now often craving for it. Thankfully, I can still find good Korean restaurants in KL, especially near Mont Kiara (where there are lots of Korean expats).
Your photos are so nice! 😀
